Sam has worked in the construction industry for over 10 years with experience across multi-residential developments, renovations, new builds, cafes, and small to medium commercial jobs. He started Modal Architecture after an exciting start to his career working with great people, giving him a broad range of experience with some excellent companies. He had great opportunities to hone his skills while working with business leaders, providing mentoring as his career developed. Originally from Auckland, he is now based in Wellington and travels regularly to wherever new projects take him.

Sam is an experienced construction professional who thrives in a challenging environment. His attention to detail and passion for delivering quality work makes him an asset to any team. When he's not on-site, you'll find him exploring new places or spending time with family and friends.
