This renovation aimed to bring new life into what was a 1960s suburban home. The home had served the family well but the clients felt it was time to revitalise a tired exterior and upgrade the interior to meet the needs of modern life. The home, originally a Lockwood construction, received a full renovation inside and out. The interior was organised to celebrate the views of this privileged beach location with soft, warm materials enhancing the homely feel within. The building performance was also significantly improved with new cladding, roofing, insulation, windows and doors.
